This is a tasty medium-dark roast coffee. For fans of light roasts (like me) this coffee is a good option if you are looking for some variety. It doesn't have the typical bitter, over-roasted flavor you expect from a darerk roast. Instead, there is a pleasant, smooth chocolatey flavor. Perfect for a moka pot, or if you like milk/creamer in your coffee.

Sulawesi is a large mountainous island in Indonesia. This coffee is grown at extremely high elevations for South East Asia. High enough to rival those from Africa and the America's. This might explain this coffee's appeal to me! This is a wet-hulled coffee, which is typical for Indonesia. Wet-hulling the coffee helps boost the coffee's body and reduce it's acidity. With the medium-dark roast I am offering, the coffee has a wonderful thick, rich dark chocolate flavor. A much smoother, more mellow flavor compared to the flashy, bright light roasts we usually offer. And variety is the spice of life!
