Uganda - Mountain Harvest Mbale Organic, 12 oz.

This organic honey-processed Ugandan coffee was my gift coffee for family and friends for 2022. The response to it was very positive so I thought I would offer it for sale as well! This coffee requires some experience to roast well. The beans are heavy and need a lot of heat and movement at the beginning. But too much energy at the end can easily scorch the beans. Properly dialed in as we have it, this coffee has great a fruity flavor with orange or blackberry notes to it, while still having a good amount of body to it. And don't chug it before rushing to work! I think the flavor peaks after your coffee has cooled a little bit.
