I have a deep affinity for a solid washed Colombian coffee. When you find one, you question if it's worth messing around with all these unusual origins and funky processing methods. This coffee has a crowd-pleasing aroma from whole beans to finished brew. Despite having "fruit" in the name, a sugar sweetness and wine flavor are the main flavor notes, with the fruit flavors well balanced inside of those two. I'm excited to add another stellar Colombian to the lineup!
