Colombia -Quindio Tierra Linda Tabi, 12 oz.

This one caught me by surprise! I knew it would be a decent cup, but not this good!  This is a beautiful floral and citrusy coffee from Colombia. The cup has a creamy sweetness with a definite lime/citrus flavor with it. Very clean and crisp!

This coffee comes from Tabi coffee plants. Tabi was developed in Colombia, to combine the delicious flavor profiles of Bourbon and Typica strains with a touch of a Timor strain from East Asia for added disease resistance. The group at Tierra Linda have done a great job with this year's crop. I grabbed what I could for the shop before it sold out!
