Light roast fans who "prefer Ethiopian coffees," this coffee is for you! This coffee is a beautiful blend of bourbon varietals whose fruity flavors are turbo-charged through a 96-hour anaerobic process. A total fruit bomb that explodes with aroma as soon as you open the bag. Nothing sour or funky from the anaerobic process. After roasting a sample, I knew from the first cup that this was going on the shop. Perfect for pourovers and juicy espressos.
