Every coffee description gives a positive review. My job as roaster is to watch for hints from the wholesalers for those extra special coffees. This one made it easy with note tagged on to the end saying "Top washed Ethiopia!" And my taste buds agree. Sometimes these light floral African coffees almost come off as bland in our world of bold brash anaerobic and natural coffees. But, this coffee is a standout Ethiopian that maintains that classic Ethiopian profile with a floral and bright flavor that is to be commended!
