Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe, 12 oz.

This exceptional Ethiopian coffee was given a "Zero" rating, which means the importer found zero defects with the coffee beans. And it has no defects in the final cup as well! Often these light floral Ethiopians come across to me as a little bland and uninteresting. But this coffee was a wonderful, full-bodied, bright citrus flavor to it. It's almost more of a light Kenyan coffee. However, you describe it, it's delicious. This was another coffee for monthly subscribers that has moved over into the online store.
