Tanzania - Ngorongoro Finagro Estate, 12 oz.

A fruity African light roast that is so clean and sweet! This coffee is a perfect summertime brew. This Tanzanian has gone through a Carbonic Maceration process, with citric acid added during fermentation phase. I've said before, I do not like these added processes UNLESS it improves the final product. In case, it definitely did. The already-existing fruity citrus flavors of these beans are brought front and center. You can throw every fruity, floral, sweet descriptor at this coffee and would probably work! This coffee is great for aging to help the final flavors come out.
